October 2011 Women's Beyond Discovery Mission
Please note: This mission will depart from either Richmond, VA or Atlanta, GA.
Dates: October 19 - 26, 2011
Team Leader: Haley Bilotti
Description: Team members will participate in a short-term project as directed by the missionaries at places such as the Sewing Center and the orphanage. The team also visit some of the places the LINK™ has built and/or is partnering with throughout Niger including businesses, churches and schools. Team members will visit with the non-government organizations (NGOs) and missionaries in Niger to better view the needs and progress in Niger. They will experience the beauty of the country and people of Niger.
Ages: 15 and up (15 year olds must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian)
Sign-Up Deadline: Tuesday, June 21, 2011 with $150 deposit to secure ticket reservation payable to Mechanicsville Christian Center (MCC).
Cost: $3.250* (excludes all medications, required vaccines, travel arrangements to/from Richmond, Virgina or airport of departure, hotel expenses, personal spending money, visa photos, and passport expenses). *Actual cost of this mission may vary based on group airare which cannot be contracted at this time.
