Medical Mission 2010
This medical team traveled to Niamey, Niger to treat patients at a clinic set up in a local elementary school. Our medical professionals partnered with the local church leadership to facilitate this clinic. For five days, the classrooms were utilized for eye examinations, medical evaluations, and pharmaceutical distribution. For two days, the team visited two orphanage sites, where children and workers from three local orphanages were medically evaluated and treated. During this mission, over 750 prescriptions were dispensed, 2800 worm treatments were given, and 2200 received medical examinations or eye refractions. Over 1800 people personally heard the gospel message through the local pastors who were there to minister with the team. We were grateful to have been a part of God's work in Niger.
