September 2012 Medical Mission
Dates: September 20 - October 4, 2012
Team Leader: Amy Williams
Description: The LINK™ Medical Team will travel to Niger to treat patients in mobile medical clinics in villages near the capital city of Niamey. The team will consist of medical doctors, nurses, eye exam team and other medical professionals. **A limited number of team members will be serving in non-medical roles. You do not need to have a medical background to apply.
Ages: 15 and up (15 year olds must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.)
Sign-Up Deadline: Tuesday, May 22, 2012 with $150 deposit to secure ticket reservation payable to Effective Ministries, Inc (EMI)
Cost: $3,390* (excludes all medications, required vaccines, travel arrangements to/from Richmond, Virgina or airport of departure, hotel expenses, personal spending money, visa photos, and passport expenses). *Actual cost of this mission may change based on goup rate airfare which cannot be contracted at this time.
